Infectious Waste Management
Contact Susan Dreyer (Susan.Dreyer@howard.edu) for scheduling. Please do not contact the vendor directly. Waste management needs to be coordinated campus-wide.
PPE Use for Labs
Laboratory PPE use should be determined by risk analysis and documented in the Standard Operating procedures section of the Chemical Hygiene Plan for each Lab or Department. Contact Susan Dreyer (Susan.Dreyer@howard.edu) or Selasi Fynn (Selasi.Fynn@howard.edu) for assistance.
For Respiratory Use, schedule Fit Testing with EHS for both mandatory respirator use and for voluntary respirator use.
